Last Thursday was my daughter’s 13th birthday. My God, I feel old!
We spent the week watching her baby video clips. I can’t believe it! Time does fly! My little girl is a teenager! Yikes!
We asked her what she wanted to do for her birthday and she chose to go to dinner at Oliver Garden. Why there? Who knows… but that’s where she wanted to go.
We ordered our dinner. But by the time it was served, we were already stuffed with the salad, bread sticks and appetizers!
I had also mentioned to the waitress that it was my daughter’s birthday so by the end of the meal, a few of her co-workers came by our table and sang happy birthday to her. My daughter was enjoying every bit of attention she was getting. My little teenangel!
It was a nice family dinner… she enjoyed it as much as we did.
